Acceptance of terms
By downloading or using NiceDays, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
License grant
Subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service, NiceDays grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application on Apple devices you own or control.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, or resell the application.
Purchases and refunds
The price and duration of any in-app purchase are shown on the App Store product page. Subscriptions are automatically renewed by Apple and can be cancelled anytime in iOS Settings. Payments, renewals, and refunds are all handled by Apple under App Store terms; we do not have access to your payment information.
Reminders disclaimer
Countdowns and reminders in NiceDays are intended for informational purposes only. Local notifications are scheduled and dispatched by iOS, and their delivery depends on system conditions, Focus modes, device settings, battery optimization, and hardware availability.
NiceDays cannot guarantee that notifications will always be delivered on time. Do not rely solely on NiceDays for critical or time-sensitive life safety reminders.
Data management and backup
Because NiceDays does not store your data on external servers, we cannot recover or restore data that has been deleted or lost. Synchronization and backup rely entirely on iCloud and your local device backups governed by Apple.
Please maintain independent backups of critical dates and notes.
Calendar and calculation accuracy
Solar and lunar calendar calculations rely on iOS system calendar engines. While these calculations are tested, we make no warranty that all astronomical edge cases, regional leap month conventions, or time zone shifts are error-free for every specialized use case.
Disclaimer of warranties
NiceDays is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of NiceDays, including missed dates, notification delivery failures, or data loss.
Changes to the service and terms
Features may be enhanced, modified, or discontinued in future releases. These terms may be updated periodically, with the latest version published on this page alongside its effective date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without giving effect to conflict of law principles.
